I am building a new laboratory so that they have a lot of these issues. And do not think you will enjoy it when I put all Institure mailing list.

For your question on the camera, do not use a single camera that can switch between the two microscopes? If so, what kind of connector / port does not have a microscope camera (identical, others, such as C-mount). What kind of samples (brightfield or fluorescence). What resolution do I need? How much money do you spend? Already a team to a camera system or not paid? Contact your local Leica / Olympus / Zeiss / Nikon representative for suggestions and a budget. If you are serious about a camera system, be prepared to be interested in demo on your computer before you buy.
Why do you need to clean a tank with liquid nitrogen? If it believes that the gas under pressure, then it is not open. You will receive a story in which the nitrogen further notice, anyway.
