It appears that your Samsung LightScribe DVD-RW drive has an IDE interface. If the drive also has an IDE interface, follow these simple instructions.
Connect one end of the IDE cable on the hard disk, which should have a bridge that is configured as a unit. The second connector on the IDE cable must be in the DVD-RW, and the bridge should be connected as a slave disk to be defined. The other end of the cable is used in the IDE port on the motherboard.
